They offer a great breakfast spread, the staff is incredibly friendly, and it's conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and beautiful mountains.

This is surely the best secured hotel, very helpful staff, charming little rooms. The venue offers beautiful and lovely location nice to wake up in the shadow of the mountains. Also, it is not far from other parks, the centre of Franz Josef, and Coast.

thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with facilities. a kettle, free wireless internet and a lounge area where available here.

Some ovens didn't work, I didn't realise that plates, saucepans, etc wouldn't be provided (though they were available as a pack for hire) Internet was expensive - why not make it free. Sure, it can cost fro computer hire, but WiFi costs little to provide.

Plenty of space in apartment. Near to town, some shuttles available but need car for flexibility.

I really enjoyed the hotel, its excellant and absolutely great and the location is ideal in the centre of Franz Joseph. The room was decent sized, new-fashioned and included complimentary WiFi and good heating. The views of the mountains and facilities where amazing.

The new building and rooms have convenient amenities like a toaster, alongside excellent service and on-site parking.

Located a few miles from the Franz Josef Glacier and a 15 minute walk from the village centre. Good range of facilties on the site and the room had basic cooking facilities if required.

Here you'll find units equipped with a toaster. the location is convenient, close to both the stunning glacier and the outskirts up north. 🏞️

The location is remote. It's set in a beautiful area.
